Our patio door would not lock properly. I phoned Nat and he was very upfront about his charges and explained what the cause maybe.
He arrived on time and spent around 25 minutes diagnosing the issue, phoning around for parts and fully explained everything. Dispite his hard work, he did not charge anything and also recommended replacing the patio doors due to age (which he would get nothing for). I would highly recommend him for his truthful advice, thank you!
