Very impressed with Nat's service!!! First of all the profile his is comprehensive and his initial contact was very clear. Nat kept his commitment and text me before he set off and arrived on time. He was presentable and well organised taking pride in his work. He recognised that the window was dropping and took the time to adjust the issue which i did not detail in the advert. In terms of covid - Nat wore a mask and managed the setting reassuringly.

Nathaniel was very efficient contacting straight away and arranging a time that suited me, he replaced two locks in two houses back to back wearing a face mask throughout. A great price and very professional in manner and workmanship without letting a missing key hinder or delay his work. Would highly recommend to use.
