Excellent service, no nonsense, arrived very quickly and was able to get us into our flat within a few minutes. Friendly and reassuring. I've had some bad experiences with rip-off locksmiths, so this was a very refreshing change! Thanks for getting us back into our home!!

Excellent service, very friendly person. Replaced 2 locks for my old wooden doors which took more time(extra 1hr) than he expected , as my old locks were not on the current standard sizes. Nathaniel did the Job perfectly for the price that he initially quoted. He also replaced my window handles and set up thermostat holder on the wall as I requested him a favour.

Replaced a snapped door handle on bi-fold doors. He managed to get almost an identical handle to the other one so didn't have the cost of replacing both.
