Nathaniel was a really nice guy, prompt did a full service of my patio door lock and fitted a new cylinder and also replaced one of the door hinges as it had dropped over time. My door now opens, closes and locks smoothly and there is no gap which means no more cold draughts and a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
