Excellent service from Nat, who came out quickly to look at our non urgent problem and give a diagnosis and quote. He gave a good explanation of the problem and he offered to return the very next day ( even though it was a weekend) to carry out the work. He replaced part of the mechanism and realigned the door so that it now locks and opens smoothly. Friendly and professional at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend and he would definitely be my first choice if we needed a locksmith again!
